Favorite National Program: My favorite National Program is Swim 1922 because I believe swimming is an extremely important skill to learn especially as a minority because we make up a large amount of drowning deaths yearly simply because a lot of our peers don’t know how to swim.

Why I Chose Sigma: I joined Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, INC. because growing up I didn’t have positive female role models and being introduced to Sigma gave me numerous women to look up to and inspire me to keep my motivation to be the best woman I can be and strive for greatness always.
What I Have Learned: Since being in the organization I have learned how to open up and be selfless in my interactions with other women.
